Christoph Graf, Sales Manager and Member of the Executive Board as of August 1,2013.
The winegrower and graduate business economist from Baden has made a name for himself in recent years as an expert for top-class sects and their distribution.
Most recently, he was Sales Manager and Managing Partner of the renowned wine estate Reichsrat von Buhl.
"With Mr. Graf, we have been able to engage a proven sparkling wine sales expert with whom we can systematically exploit the growth potential of our sparkling wine maker," says Nikolaus Graf von Plettenberg, member of the Executive Board of Schloss VAUX.
As an agricultural economist at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences in Vienna, Dipl. Ing. Clementine Perlitt worked for national and international companies in the beverage industry in Berlin and Hamburg.
Since 2006, Clementine Perlitt has been responsible for Schloss VAUX marketing, PR and project management.
Dipl. Ing. Joachim Renk, FH Geisenheim, specialising in wine and beverage technology, is ideally equipped for the high art of sparkling wine production. The champagne-loving plant manager brings 15 years of experience and the necessary instinctive feeling from operations with classic bottle fermentation with him.
VAUX Castle is enriched by a young, committed cellarer.
Maike Maria Münster (B. Sc. viticulture and oenology, University of Geisenheim) heads the VAUX winery. Plant manager Joachim Renk is pleased about the competent colleague. As a trained winegrower, she draws on a wealth of practical experience.
In 2016, Maike Maria Münster mastered the first harvest in our Rheingau vineyard with flying colors. Now, pure, promising sparkling wine base wines are maturing in the cellar.
After her apprenticeship as an apprentice winemaker at the Domain Winery Schloss Schönborn (Hattenheim) and her studies in beverage technology at the Geisenheim University of Applied Sciences, Dipl. Ing. Lydia Balik began her career at Schloss VAUX in 1994 as an assistant to the cellarer.
Today, Lydia Balik is a competent contact for quality management, accounting and customs matters.

As head of backoffice and customer support, he knows almost every customer personally.
Ayla Serbes is the youngest member of the Schloss VAUX family. Since the summer of 2018, after studying "International Winebusiness" in Geisenheim, she is primarily responsible for our sales activities in the Rhein-Main-Region. She enriches the numerous tastings and Schloss VAUX events with a lot of professional competence. Her happy laughter is absolutely contagious.
Marius Janesch represents Schloss VAUX on the streets of the Rhine-Main area. He serves our private, gastronomy and specialist trade customers with the VAUX bus on Thursday and is often on the road with the sparkling wine dispenser.
